Croatian Association for Mass Spectrometry (CMSS)

The Croatian Association for Mass Spectrometry (CMSS) was founded with the aim of promoting the development and application of mass spectrometry in the Republic of Croatia. The association brings together scientists, researchers and experts from the academic and industrial sectors who use mass spectrometry and related analytical techniques in their work.

Through education, cooperation and organization of professional events, CMSS contributes to the development of the scientific community and the strengthening of international cooperation in the field of mass spectrometry.

In addition to mass spectrometry, the area of interest of the association also includes a number of related methods and technologies, including:

  • liquid chromatography
  • capillary electrophoresis
  • Gel Electrophoresis
  • extraction on solid supports
  • Micro- and nanofluidic techniques
  • other methods of ionization, separation and analysis of matter.
